Energy performance
The building's hourly energy need, energy performance indicator ETA and energy class before and after renovation.
Basis: standard use under the energy performance methodology, not metered consumption. Hourly multi-zone model under ISO 13790.
Solar energy
Hourly electricity output and self-consumption of solar panels. Shows how much of the output the building uses itself.
Basis: Perez diffuse radiation model. The same calculation is part of the energy performance calculation.
Carbon footprint
Embodied carbon of renovation materials and the change in operational emissions. Suitable for reporting on climate targets and green finance.
Basis: emission factors from the Ministry of Climate's carbon footprint database. Factors for electricity and district heating change year by year.
Cost-effectiveness
Investment, grant, future investments and the change in energy costs as net present value. Shows whether renovation makes economic sense.
Basis: net present value method. The calculation period, interest rate, energy prices and unit prices are inputs you can change.
